We use the finest organic ingredients to make our kimchi, organic apple cider vinegar drink, kraut and healthy slaw. They are always raw, live and unpasteurised meaning they are packed full of bacteria, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. We make everything slowly for the best flavour.

Our kimchi, organic apple cider vinegar DRINK, krauts and slaw are all handcrafted by Anna Jones, our zymologist (fermentista) on her family farm.

Gut health and great taste are at the forefront of everything we do at Jones. We make and sell kimchi, organic apple cider vinegar, kraut and HEALTHY slaw with a love of natural ingredients and with care to release the best possible flavours.
Our fermented food is raw, live, unpasteurised and unfiltered. We use only the finest organic fruit in our cider vinegar and natural organic ingredients in our kimchi, fermented sauerkraut and healthy slaw. We are always fully recyclable. We proudly support British farming and biodiversity of the Welsh Marches.
