Fridge Leftovers with Slaw

 

Open your fridge and get creative with as many different vegetables as possible. Heat some olive oil in a pan add half an onion the possibilities are endless here but I have used frozen spinach (always have a bag) courgette tomatoes, peas - stir fry on the hob and remove to cool. Add a generous helping of Jones Turmeric Slaw and enjoy.
